OVERVIEW: Directed by Mick Garris. Starring Gary Senise, Matt Frewer, Laura San Giacomo, Rob Lowe, Molly Ringwald. The four part series is collected here in this DVD set. It cost 25 million to produce and I was very happy with the production of this Stephen King novel. King fans have waited for years to see this story brought to the big screen. Not an easy story to film, but Mick Garris produced a wonderful adaptation, with Stephen King also at the helm, bringing this to the screen. Even if that screen was a glass tube.
