Filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina, the set was built on the side of the highway just for this movie. Once filming was completed it was torn down, so don't go looking for the "Dixie Boy Truck Stop"... it isn't there. Starring Emilio Estevez, Pat Hingle, Laura Harrington, and Christopher Murney. Music by AC/DC - many original songs just for this movie. Stephen King's quote about this movie.... "leave your brain at the door." 'nuff said. Ha! Still a lot of fun when Steve visits the ATM machine in the beginning of the movie. Original release of the video.
