Slight age yellowing on the top pages simply from sitting on a book shelf. Pages are straight. This copy has been placed in an acid-free book cover and sealed in plastic to keep it free from the elements. This edition features a price stamp on the front flap from the publisher that reads Hodder & Stoughton Net 16.99 (in British Pounds). Bottom of front flap has a small corner cut, also as issued from the publisher as they changed the list price from the bottom and attached the label at the top of this flap.
