ORDERING TERMS:

PENDING: Your order has been received and waiting to be entered into our master system. If it's a pre-order for a future item, these are entered last so we can ship current instock items to customers immediately.

UPDATED: Your order is processed into our "master" system (which is kept offline) and you will receive an update that the order is processing and has entered the shipping stage and you should receive your item shortly.

PRE- PARING PAYPAL: if our order states this, you still need to apply payment to this order to complete it. If you are paying by check/money order but hit the wrong payment button, just e-mail us and we'll note this in your account and get your order ready.

PRE-ORDERS: When you pre-order an item, we send it as soon as we receive it from the publisher. We do list the publishers release date on new items. Most items are received on or close to the publishers announced release. We cannot gaurantee that we'll receive it by the publishers release date as these dates can change. You will receive an update as we enter your order into the master system to gaurantee receipt of your order. This is the last notification you will receive. Your order is listed online (when you place orders at the website only) and you can always check your orders for reference. If you have any questions you can contact us at overlookcn@aol.com

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: 

• All Credit Cards are processed thru PayPal, a secure payment system. Most forms of credit cards are accepted including Am. Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
• If you do not want to use PayPal to process your credit card, we can put your card on file and process it at our own bank. Please contact us at  overlookcn@aol.com for details.
• Checks & Money Orders are sent to:
  PO Box 1934, Hiram, GA 30141.  Checks need to clear before an order is sent. Money order payment orders are processed upon receipt.
• We also accept checks thru PayPal and will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation that the check has cleared thru PayPal.

TRACKING ORDERS IN YOUR WEB ACCOUNT: Only orders "placed online" are listed in your online account. Any orders placed from our e-mail flyers "are not" listed at your web account. We offer paypal links in our e-mail flyers for the ease and quickness to place an order. Flyer orders are listed in our master system only.

PASSWORD FORGOTTON
If you've forgotten the password to your account you can have a new password sent to you by visiting the Forgotten link underneath the SIGN IN column on any Overlook Page. The direct link is

You will be mailed a temporary password to enter your My Account area. Please enter the Password EXACTLY as it was mailed to you (upper case, lower case, etc. ) as this is the only way you can enter your My Account area. Once there you can change the password to what is easiest for you. Because your password is of a sensitive nature, no one at the Overlook can see your password. If you do not have access to your password for any reason, you can always have a new one mailed to you as described above.

BARGAIN BOOK ORDERS:  All Bargains and Bargain Book items are sold as is and are not refundable. Bargain items are offered at a clearance price for this reason.
